mpd arrestlog6 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/2/13) – On Tuesday, January 1, the Madisonville Police Department reported nine instances of law enforcement activity.
 
George Huddleston of Oldham Lane was served a Hopkins County warrant for Theft by Deception-Cold Checks X4 at his home. Allen Stokes was the arresting officer.
 
Johnny Ray of Suthards Church Road in Madisonville was served a warrant out of Daviess County Kentucky for Failure to Appear and a warrant for unspecified charges.
 
Melody Odom of West Lake Street in Madisonville was arrested at 4765 Hanson Road on two Hopkins County warrants for Failure to Appear.
 
Steven Conrad of Crowley Lane was arrested at Peavey Grain in Madisonville on two Hopkins County warrants for Failure to Pay Fines. Allen Stokes was the arresting officer.
 
James Hook of Hopewell Street in Madisonville was served warrants out of Hopkins County for 12 instances of Theft by Deception-Cold Checks while housed at the Hopkins County Detention Center. Daniel Cavanah was the serving officer.
 
Mona Pettus, alias Mona Vaughn, of Brent Drive in Madisonville was arrested at the intersection of Island Ford Road and North Main on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
 
Jason McCormack of Florida was arrested at 4410 Hanson Road on charges of Reckless Driving, Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, No Operator’s License and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.
 
Cassie Buchanan of Carriage Lane in Madisonville was arrested at her residence on two Hopkins County warrants for Failure to Appear. Heath Owens was the arresting officer.
 
Dallas Gould of Muhlenberg County was arrested at 800 East Center Street on two Hopkins County warrants for Failure to Pay Fines. Daniel Cavanah was the arresting officer.
