MADISONVILLE, KY (1/18/2013) – On Jan. 18, Madisonville Police Department reported nine instances of police activity within city limits:

Aaron Kinney, 21, of Fairview Dr., was served a court summons on Jan. 17 at a Green Meadows Dr. address for Possession of Marijuana. Kinney is to appear in court on Feb. 18. The serving officer was Mark Conrad.

Tanner Knight, 20, of Heather Hill Dr., was served a court summons on Jan. 17 at a Green Meadows Dr. address for Possession of Marijuana. Knight is to appear in court on Feb. 18. The serving officer was Tyler Russell.

Waylon Boucher, 24, of Dawson Springs, was arrested on Jan. 17 at Cross Creek Apts. on Island Ford Rd. for Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree) and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st and 2nd Offense). The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.  At the same time, Boucher was served three separate Hopkins Co. arrest warrants for Failure to Appear in Court. The serving officers were Tyler Russell, Jeff Etheridge, and Mark Conrad.

Travis Boucher,22, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on Jan. 17 for Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree) and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st and 2nd Offense). The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

John David Tyson, 19, of Brett Dr., was arrested on Jan. 17 at E. Center St. on charges of Trafficking in Synthetic Drugs (1st Offense),  Drug Paraphernalia (Buy/Possess), and Receiving Stolen Property. The arresting officer was Detective Blake Carlisle.

Jason Lawrence, 30, of Dawson Springs, was arrested on Jan. 17 at Market Place Food Store for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st and 2nd Offense), Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree), Falsely Reporting an Incident, and Menacing. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Eddie Geary, 49, of Nebo Rd., was arrested on Jan. 17 on Corbly Ave. for D.U.I. (1st Offense), and Possession of a Controlled Substance (3rd Degree). The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

William Hamilton, 38, of Adkinson Rd. was arrested on Jan. 17 at an Oakdale and Young Dr. address. Hamilton was served arrest warrants for Probation Violation (Misdemeanor), and Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Janet Carter, 25, of Lincoln Ave. was arrested on Jan. 17 at Arch St. for two counts of Harassing Communications and one count of Resisting Arrest. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
