Family Finds Dog in December, Seeks Owner

DOG FOUND BLUEHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (1/22/13) – A local resident has found a dog on a rural local roadway and is currently seeking the owner.

Loman Scarbrough, of Hopkins County, found a hunting dog on Peabody White City property around the 10th of December. Mr. Scarbrough informed Fish and Wildlife officials of the dog, just in case someone reported it missing. As of this time, no one has contacted Mr. Scarbrough on the dog.

Mr. Scarbrough did not wish to describe the dog, as he wanted to make sure that the correct owners were the ones that claimed it.

If you know of anyone who is missing a dog from the White City area, or are the family that lost the dog, sometime in mid-December, contact Mr. Scarbrough at 270-621-0842. Be prepared to give a basic description of the dog.
