MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/22/2013) – On Jan. 22 the Madisonville Police Department reported 28 instances of police activity within city limits over the holiday weekend.

Jarod Bowley, 26, of Wyatt Ave, was served an arrest warrant on January 21 at a Dempsey Street for charges of Contempt of Court, Libel-Slander, and Resistance to Order. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Jessica Bell, 23, of Scott Drive was arrested on January 21 at Lincoln Avenue and Murray Street on charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking/Shoplifting Under $500. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

John Newcomb, 29, of W. 7th Street was served a court summons on January 21 at a West Noel Avenue for Possession of Marijuana. Newcomb is to appear in court on February 18. The serving officer was Brandon Darnell.

Roger Thomas, 49, of Madisonville, was served an arrest warrant at home on January 20 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Justin Jones. Subsequently, at the time of arrest, Thomas was served a separate arrest warrant for Failure to Appear. The serving officer was William Strader.

Melanie Smith, 48, of Cloverdale Drive was arrested on January 20 at Walmart for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.

Jamie Hardrick, 30, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on January 20 for Theft by Deception (Including Cold Checks Under $500), and Probation Violation (For Misdemeanor). The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Mark Anthony Jeffries, 54, of North Main Street was arrested on January 20 at Hanson Road for Speeding in a Restricted Zone, D.U.I (1st Offense), and Possession of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle (Prohibited). The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Hannah Grace, 21, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on January 20 for Violating an E.P.O./D.V.O. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Kenneth Helms, 37, of Scott Drive was served arrest warrants on January 20 at the Hopkins County Jail for two counts of Failure to Pay. The serving officers were Kyle Pharris and Sean McCance.

Gaylon Betar, 50, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on January 20 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.

Brian Welton, 33, of Madisonville, was served two Webster County arrest warrants and arrested on an additional charge on January 19 at home. Welton was served the two Webster County warrants on charges of Failure to Appear and subsequently charged with Giving Officers a False Name/Address. The arresting officers were Heath Owens and Kyle Pharris.

Robert Jones, 27, of Dulin Street was served a court summons at a Union Street address on January 19 for Trafficking in Marijuana less than 8 oz. Jones is scheduled to appear in court on February 18. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Tammy Woodall, 42, of Madisonville, was served an arrest warrant at home on Jan. 19 for Probation Violation. The serving officer was Kyle Pharris.

Joseph Plouvier, 53, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on Jan. 18 for Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree). The arresting officer was Heath Owens.

Rebecca Boyd, 20, of S. Kentucky Ave. was arrested on Jan. 18 at Huck’s on S. Main St. for Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm), Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, and Possession of a Defaced Firearm.

Michelle Ratcliff, 30, of Victoria St. was served an arrest warrant on Jan. 19 at a N. Church St. address for Probation Violation (For Misdemeanor). The arresting officer was Falon Devore.

Matthew Stephens, 38, of Beaver Creek Rd., was arrested on Jan. 19 at a White Tail Creek address for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st and 2nd Offense). The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.

Jessica Settle, 22, of Mullins Ln. was served several arrest warrants at Hopkins County Jail on Jan. Jan. 19 for four counts of Forgery (2nd Degree) and two separate warrants for Failure to Appear in Hopkins Co. and Muhlenberg Co. courts. The serving officers were Sean McCance and Kyle Pharris.

Greg Driskell, 51, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on Jan. 19 for charges of Menacing, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.

Benjamin Vickers, 54, of E. Locust St., was arrested on Jan. 18 at Hardee’s for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, Menacing, and Resisting Arrest. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Douglas Todd, 44, of Madisonville, was served an arrest warrant on Jan. 20 at home for Theft by Deception (Including Cold Checks Under $500). The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Mindy Cournoyer, 34, of Sugg St. was arrested at a Murray St. address on Jan. 21 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Amanda Keyes, 30, of McGrew Ln. was arrested on Jan. 21 at an E. Center St. for charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking (Under $500) and Criminal Trespassing (3rd Degree). The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Xavier Smith, 19, of Wiman Dr. was arrested on Jan. 21 at the W. Noel Ave. Dollar General Store for D.U.I (1st Offense) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Janet Nott, 40, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on Jan. 19 for Assault (1st Degree). The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.

Mark Scott, 47, of S, Main St. was arrested on Jan. 18 at a Lovan Ave. address for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st and 2nd Offense). The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.

Jose Hernandez, 27, of Madisonville, was arrested S. Main St. on Jan. 19 for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Etc .08. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.

Dwayne Gordon, 39, of Midway Ave. was arrested on Jan. 18 at a Cordine St. address for Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree). The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
