MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/23/13) – On Tuesday, January 22, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 6 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Amanda Turner of Cherry Street in Madisonville was cited at Quick Stop on charges of Theft by Deception-Cold Checks. Turner was also served a Hopkins County warrant for Probation Violation. Jeff Miller was the charging officer in the case.
 
Justin Underwood of Mortons Gap was arrested at 617 Corbly Avenue in Madisonville on a Hopkins County warrant for two counts of Probation Violation. Jeff Miller was the arresting officer.
 
Matthew Massey of Earlington was arrested at the Dollar Tree in the Parkway Plaza Mall on a Lyon County warrant for unspecified charges. Falon Devore was the arresting officer.
 
Capus Adams of Mortons Gap was served a Hopkins County warrant for Bond Withdrawal while housed at the Hopkins County Detention Center. Falon Devore was the serving officer.
 
Nakeshia Matchem of Fairway Drive in Madisonville was arrested at the Dollar Store on West Noel for Theft by Unlawful Taking-Shoplifting. Sgt. Scott Gipson was the arresting officer.
 
Amber Jaggers of Island Ford Road was arrested at the intersection of Island Ford and Ridgewood on charges of Possession of Marijuana, Improper Display of Registration Plates, Unauthorized use of Motor Vehicle and Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage in Motor Vehicle. Jaggers was also charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. Van Killough was the arresting officer.
