Minor violations:
•Hand sink in kitchen used for storage
•Foods not covered in freezer
•Cover needed on front of ice machine
•Thermometers needed in all cooling units

Imperial Garden Restaurant – 100
No violations

Ideal Market #11 – 100 (Nortonville)
No violations

Kangaroo Express – 97 (Nortonville) (Needs a follow-up) (02/12/13)
Major violation:
•Antifreeze stored improperly
Minor violations:
•Soiled wiping cloths stored on counter
•Liquid spillage on floor in walk-in cooler
•Ceiling tile in poor repair (back storage)
•Debris build up on fan guard in walk-in freezer

Kangaroo Express – 98 (Nortonville) (Follow-up) (2/13/13)
Minor violations:
•Debris build up on fan guard in walk-in freezer
•Ceiling tile in poor repair (back storage)
•Liquid spillage on floor in walk-in

The next food training class will be on March 12, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
