MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/20/13) – On March 20 Madisonville Police Dept. reported ten instances of police activity within city limits:

Aleah Williams, 39, of Winding Creek Rd., was served a court citation on March 19 at a Hanson Rd. address for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified). Williams is scheduled to appear in court regarding the charges on Apr. 15.The arresting officer was Jeff Etheridge.

Mark Smith, 36, of S. Seminary St., was arrested on March 19 at a W. Jagoe St. address for charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Tera Darnell, 37, of S. Seminary St., was arrested on March 19 at a W. Jagoe St. address for D.U.I. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Rickey Johnson, 56, of Madisonville, was arrested at home on March. 19 for charges of Fleeing and Evading Police in a Motor Vehicle, Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator’s License, and Disregarding a Stop Sign. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Zackarius Franklin, 19, of Fairview Dr., was arrested on March 19 at a W. Jagoe St. address for Non-Payment of Fines and Menacing. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Michael Carter, 27, of Grapevine Rd., was served an arrest warrant on March 19 at Hopkins Co. Detention Center for Contempt of Court/Libel/Slander/Resistance to Order. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Antonio Johnican, 55, of Earlington, was arrested on March 19 at a Hanson Rd. address for Theft by Deception (Including Cold Checks Under $500). The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Carolyn Cunningham, 55, of Price Ave., was arrested on March 19 at an E. Center St. address for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Dispensing All Others. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Anthony Jennings, 41, of Madisonville, was served an arrest warrant on March 19 at home for Probation Violation (Misdemeanor Offense). The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Dana Classen, 31, of Nebo, was served arrest warrants on March 19 at a S. Main St. address for Leaving the Scene of an Accident /Failure to Render Aid or Assistance, and Failure of Owner/Operator to Maintain Required Insurance. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
