mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/24/13) – On Wednesday, April 24, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 6 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Roy Pendley, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 23, for Non-payment of Fines and Theft by Deception/Includes Cold Checks Under $500.00. The arresting officers were Clay Stroud, William Strader, Jared Ward and Corey Miller.
 
Edward Stewart, 33, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 23, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Minor Injury), Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disposition of Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Carmen Marie Snee, 28, of Earlington was arrested on April 23, for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disposition of Shoplifting and Possession of Marijuana. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Nicholas Richards, 25, of Madisonville was arrested on April 23, for Disorderly Conduct in the 2nd Degree. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.
 
John Roy, 45, of Madisonville was arrested on April 23, for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked License. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.
 
Marvin Rice, 24, of Madisonville was arrested on April 23, for Operating on a D.U.I/Suspended License and Possession of Marijuana. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
