ARRESTLOG 2HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (3/5/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Department released the following reports Wednesday, March 5.

Steven P. Ford, 37, Nortonville, was charged Feb. 19 on a warrant for non-compliance.

James Scott, 28, Madisonville, was charged Feb. 20 with bond withdrawal.

Brandon Hawkins, 29, Dawson Springs, was charged Feb. 20 on a warrant for non-payment of fines.

Christopher Williams, 28, Earlington, was charged Feb. 24 for bond withdrawal.

Frank W. Schneider, 52, Nortonville, was charged Feb. 25 on a warrant for unlawful transaction with a minor; sexual abuse.

Stephanie L. Cohoon, 41, Earlington, was charged Feb. 25 with speeding, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, careless driving, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Jermaine T. Stafford, 25, Earlington, was charged Feb. 26 on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

Barry G. Cates, 25, White Plains, was charged Feb. 26 with failure to wear seat belt, license not in possession, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Christopher M. Higgs, 35, Louisville, was charged Feb. 26 on a warrant Jan. 26 for promoting contraband.

Gary S. Browning, 23, Dawson Springs, was charged Feb. 27 on a warrant for non-payment of fines.

Jeffrey J. Thompson, 28, Nortonville, was charged Feb. 28 with contempt of court.

Travis P. Collins, 24, St. Charles, was charged March 1 on warrants for trafficking in marijuana and non-payment of fines.

Jonathon K. Grant, 23, Madisonville, was charged March 1 with operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle.

Charles E. Brown, 46, Earlington, was charged March 2 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Chelsea R. Marks, 21, Earlington, was charged March 2 for public intoxication.
