Kayleigh A. Faulk, 26, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 21 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Teator W. Jones, Jr., 33, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 21 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition under $500. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Demetrius A. Barren, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 21 for harassment (no physical contact). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Bobby Kittinger, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 21 for non-payment of fines.

Lacie L. McCormick, 30, of Madisonville was charged March 21 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Kristen N. Bartlett, 20, of Madisonville was charged March 21 for operating a vehicle with expired operator's license, and failure to produce insurance card. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Frank J. Evans, 45, of Nortonville was charged March 21 for operating a vehicle on suspended/revoked license.

Keith B. Hendrix, 32, of Greenville was charged March 21 for operating a vehicle on suspended/revoked license.

Lance E. Munsen, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 22 for parole violation (for felony offense). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Amie N. Gibson, 33, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 22 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Charles P. Ratleff, III, 25, of Madisonville was charged March 22 for driving on a suspended license first offense. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Steve L. Mack, 48, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 22 for non-payment of fines.

Mark C. Blades, 49, of Mortons Gap was served arrest warrants March 22 for failure to appear and operating on as suspended/revoked license.

Joey A. Greenwell, 43, of Madisonville was charged March 22 for violation of Ky. EPO/DVO.

Brian P. Rice, 29, of Madisonville was charged March 22 for assault fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Matthew L. Lindsey, 40, of Madisonville was charged March 23 for disorderly conduct, second degree, and assault, third degree (EMS, Fire, Rescue Squad). The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Gregory A. Brown, 29, of Madisonville was charged March 24 for assault, fourth degree (domestic violence) no visible injury. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
