mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/17/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Thursday, April 17.

Ronnie J. Hughes, 32, of Aurora, Ind., was served an arrest warrant April 16 for fugitive from another state. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

La Resha Garcia, 26, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 16 for theft by unlawful taking/all others over $500. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Joshua G. Carlton, 39, of White Plains was served an arrest warrant April 16 for contempt of court, libel, slander, resistance to order. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Ashley L. Lear, 30, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant April 16 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Marc Jones, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 16 for non-payment of fines, and also an arrest warrant from McCracken County. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Douglas M. Seaton, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 16 for assault second degree. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Ashley L. Menser, 30, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant April 16 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Brittany M. Haby, 20, Hopkinsville was charged April 16 for possession of a controlled substance second degree drug unspecified, possession of a controlled substance third degree drug unspecified, and possession of marijuana. The arresting officer was Ronald Latham.

Casey L. Burns, 32, of Providence was charged April 16 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

James A. Young, 20, of Madisonville was charged April 16 for disorderly conduct second degree, and resisting arrest. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.
