mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/29/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Tuesday, April 29.

Douglas R. Simmons, 45, of Manitou was charged April 28 for alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense, and served with an arrest warrant for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Kasey N. Hale, 28, of Madisonville was charged April 28 for speeding 12 mph over limit, failure to wear seatbelts, and operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 (aggravated circumstances) second offense. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Steve Adamson, 33, of St. Charles was served with two warrants April 28 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Kristin N. Miller, 21, of Madisonville was charged April 28 for criminal mischief third degree. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Gordon E. Williams, 33, was served an arrest warrant April 28 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.
