Hopkins County Sheriff's Arrest Reports

sheriff logoHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (6/23/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following reports Monday, June 23.

Randal S. Bickers, 25, of Madisonville, was charged June 19 with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and menacing.

Stephanie L. Vannoy, 30, of Madisonville, was charged June 20 on a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for failure to pay fines.

Caleb A. Cobb, 20, of Nortonville, was charged June 21 on a warrant for failure to pay fines.

Harold Anthony, 29, of White Plains, was charged June 21 on a warrant for failure to pay fines.

Edward T. Taylor, 58, of Hanson, was charged June 21 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Amanda J. Morris, 26, of Madisonville, was charged June 22 on a warrant for fourth-degree domestic assault.

Terry L. O'Quinn, 50, of Rentz, Ga., was charged June 22 with speeding 10 mph over the limit, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
