Jeremy Massey, 19, of Madisonville was charged July 2 for possession of synthetic drugs and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Labryant Broady, 20, of Madisonville was charged July 2 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Janet Cooper, 55, of White Plains was charged July 2 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Loriann Lawson, 42, of Earlington was charged July 2 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Carrieann Osmer, 24, of Earlington was charged July 2 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Courtney Ward, 23, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant July 2 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Michael Smith, 49, of Madisonville was charged July 2 for disorderly conduct and menacing. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Terrill Lam, 53, of Madisonville was charged July 2 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Roderick Brinkley, 66, of Madisonville was charged July 2 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Michael Young, 23, of Sacramento was charged July 2 for driving on a DUI suspended license. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
