Madisonville Police Arrest Reports - July 22, 2014

mpdMADISONVILLE, Ky. (7/22/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Tuesday, July 22.

Johnathon Franklin, 27, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant July 21 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Kelly Oliver, 33, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant July 21 for failure of owner to maintain requested insurance. The arresting officer was Justin Browning.

Christopher Fairchild was served an arrest warrant and charged July 21 for contempt of court and giving an officer a false name or address. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Brandy Mullins, 33, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant July 21 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Nikki Morgan, 21, of Madisonville was charged July 21 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence, with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Kami Kembel, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant and charged July 21 for theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000 and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
