HC IndictmentsHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (8/12/14) — The following indictments were recently handed down by a Hopkins County Grand Jury.

Traci Laughary, 30, of Madisonville, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failing to signal and possession of a controlled substance/meth.

Jeremy Massey, 19, of Madisonville, was indicted for possession of synthetic drugs and tampering with physical evidence.

Dillon Miller, 24, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance/meth.

Brian Nelson, 31, of Providence, was indicted for four counts of third-degree sodomy by engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with someone, who is incapable of consent because of mental retardation or mental incapacitation, or with a person, who is less than 16 years of age and the defendant being 21 years of age or older.

Elizabeth Oakley, 36, of Madisonville, was indicted for tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melinda Peyton, 40, of Dawson Springs or Henderson, was indicted for six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, unlawful taking of property or cash valued at $10,000 or more/computer equipment and identity theft.

Jerome Robards, 62, of Madisonville, was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment.

Christopher Williams, 30, of Henderson, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle without wearing a seatbelt, careless driving, first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, second-degree possession of a controlled substance/Suboxone and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Steven Wilson, 37, of Sebree, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance/meth.

Rickey Winn, 34, of Dawson Springs, was indicted for two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance/meth, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance/Lortab and first-degree persistent felony offender.
