Greenville Christmas Parade

MUHL paradeMUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY (12/7/12) – The 2012 Greenville Christmas Parade, “A Star Spangled Christmas,” took place in downtown Greenville, on Saturday, December 1, at 5:00 p.m.
 
This year the parade Grand Marshalls were all veterans that have served in the past, and those who are currently serving in the United States military.
 
The community was invited to enjoy the 2012 Greenville Christmas parade while honoring our veterans.
 
Floats were judged and awarded in two categories: Commercial and Non-Commercial. The following are the winners:
 
Commercial Category
1st place - Muhlenberg Community Hospital
2nd place - Encore Dance Studio
3rd place - Old National Bank - donated prize to "Shop with a Cop"
 
Non Commercial
1st Place - South Carrollton Missionary Baptist Church
2nd Place - Green River Chapel Church
3rd Place - Cave Springs Baptist Church
