OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (7/17/13) --The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity for Mon. July 15.

Thomas C. Mulligan, of the 12000 block of Hwy 56, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. Monday on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.
 
Victor Vasquez-Morales, of the 2200 block of McFarland Ave, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Monday on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in Public First/Second Offense.
 
Fanasco Valasquez, of the 2200 block of McFarland Ave, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Monday on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in Public First/Second Offense.

Daryl K. Ball, of the 900 block of Smith Bridge Road in Reynolds Station, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Monday for Failing to Appear. When he was arrested, Police also found that he had two Fugitive From Another State Warrants for arrest from Virginia for Grand Larceny and also from Indiana.
