oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (11/18/13) - The Owensboro Police Department released the following criminal activity for the weekend of Nov. 15 through Nov. 17:

Micah Crutcher, of the 700 block of Scherm Rd, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on Friday on charges of disregarding a stop sign, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, and license to be in possession.

Jacob A. Osborne, of the 1200 block of Hickory Ln, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Saturday on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense, second degree fleeing/evading police (on foot), and second degree criminal trespassing.

Dustin Williams, of the 3900 block of Fogle Drive, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on Saturday on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense.

Christopher C. Barker, of the 4700 block of Chambers St, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Saturday on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense, and third degree criminal trespassing.

Nicholas J. Estes, of the 1900 block of Tamarack Rd, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Saturday on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense.

Marcus A. Schwoeppe, of the 3600 block of Arlington Dr, was arrested at 3:02 a.m. on Saturday on two counts of second degree burglary.
