Owensboro Weekend Arrest Report - December 16, 2013

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (12/16/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on the weekend of Friday, Dec. 13 to Sunday, Dec. 15:

Benjamin D. Wilson, of the 700 block of James Gerard Dr., was arrested at 11:34 p.m. Friday on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Robert E. Hartman, of the 100 block of Lakewood Dr., was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Sunday on charges of operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, and failure to produce insurance card.

Demarcus L. Wells, of the 1000 block of Locust St., was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Sunday on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

arrest tutenAdam C. Tuten, of the 3400 block of St. Ann St., was arrested at 1:07 p.m. Friday on charges of burglary third degree.

 

 

 

arrest anderson1Christopher T. Anderson, of the 700 block of Sturgeon Ave., was arrested at 4:02 p.m. Friday on charges of burglary third degree.





arrest liMubaruk Li, of the 400 block of E 7th St., was arrested at 11:39 a.m. Saturday on charges of no operator moped license, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, and operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense.




arrest hawkinsJeremey A. Hawkins, of the 2000 block of E 6th St., was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Saturday on charges of burglary third degree.





arrest dewittChristopher H. Dewitt, of the 1900 block of Tamarack Rd., was arrested at 1:41 p.m. Saturday on charges of burglary third degree.





arrest johnstonMorgan H. Johnston, of the 2700 block of W 4th St., was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Sunday on charges of trafficking controlled substance first degree first offense less than two grams methamphetamine, cultivate marijuana-five plants-first offense, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and possession of marijuana.
