Robert Barnes, 26, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Richard Carter, 48, of Owensboro, was charged with theft of services, second degree disorderly conduct, and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Jordan Delano, 18, of Henderson, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Goodman, 35, of Owensboro, was charged with theft of property mislaid or delivered by mistake.

Tammy Staples, 38, of Philpot, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Connie Casteel, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Stephen Green, 36, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Charles Henson, Jr., 36, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance.

Scott Miles, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree possession of a controlled substance, and third degree possession of a controlled substance.

Hubert Myers, 59, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Roxy Simpson, 34, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.
