Traffic ADVISORY - Road Work Scheduled for Kentucky 2248

road closed orange 300HENDERSON, Ky. - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close KY Hwy 2248 in Henderson County on Friday, January 10, 2014.

The closure on KY Hwy 2248/Anthoston-Frog Island Road is to allow a cross drain to be replaced at mile point 2.2. This is along KY Hwy 2248 between US 41 and the East Fork Canoe Creek Bridge.

The roadway at this site is expected to close at approximately 8 a.m., CST,. Friday and reopen about 3 p.m.

There will be no marked detour. However, motorists may self-detour via KY Hwy 1299 and KY Hwy 425.
