surfky weather cloudy 300WESTERN Ky. (7/5/13) – After a very loud evening of fireworks throughout the area, it looks like Mother Nature may be supplying her own fireworks this weekend.

Today we are looking a 30% chance of thunderstorms and showers throughout the day. It will stay mostly cloudy with a high around 82 degrees and a calm wind off and on. The same chance of rain continues throughout the evening hours with a low around 68 degrees.

Saturday we will see a higher chance of storms and showers, 50%, with a high near 80. Saturday night will see a slight drop in chances of precipitation, down to 40%.

Sunday will be a change, as we’ll see a strange mix of possible sun and storms throughout the day. The chance of precipitation will only be 30% with a high near 84. Sunday evening will be partly clouding with a low around 70 degrees.
