Price Busters Deal of the Week – Tasers

PRICE BUSTERS1 300MADISONVILLE, KY (7/30/12) – This week SurfKY News is featuring Tasers as the Price Busters Deal of the Week.

According to the store manager, Price Busters has a wide variety of Tasers in stock, each with a different level of voltage. They even have pink Tasers for the ladies.

Tasers are great weapons for self-protection, and are often carried by females. According to Price Busters employees, while these are not as powerful as those carried by Police Officers, these Tasers are still strong enough get someone off of you and give you time to get away in an emergency situation. Some of the higher voltage Tasers will knock you down and some will even leave burn marks on skin.

SELF DEFENSE LIGHTThe prices range from a mere $8.90 up to $22.90. Remember, if you mention that you saw it on SurfKY News, Price Busters staff will give you an extra 10% off.

Price Busters has asked that the public be made aware that there are rules that go along with Tasers. First, you have to be at least 18 years of age to purchase and/or carry one. Secondly, Police Officials have informed Price Busters that these are considered weapons, and must be treated so. You may not have one concealed unless you have a Concealed to Carry permit. If you carry one, you must make sure it is visible.

Lastly, these are not toys, and can be extremely dangerous. Do not, under any circumstances, use these on someone with heart problems or anyone with a pacemaker.

You may visit Price Busters from 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
