Madisonville Police Reports – December 26, 2013

mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/26/13) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Thursday, Dec. 26.

Anthony Goodrich II, 32, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 24 for non-payment of fines by officer Falon Graham.

William Howton, 30, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 25 for assault in the fourth degree. The arresting officer was Matt Sanderson.

Martha Howton, 58, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for Crittenden County Dec. 23. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Trina Riggs, 50, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 23 for theft by deception. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Joshua Guthrie, 30, of Clay was arrested Dec. 23 for giving an officer a false name or address. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Johnny McGowan, 50, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 25 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Brian Rice, 29, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 23 for possession of controlled substance (unspecified), possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and possession of controlled substance (meth). The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Kevin Clayton, 49, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 23 for trafficking in a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.

Debra Stills, 57, of Nebo was arrested Dec. 25 for trafficking in a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
