missinghale1KENTUCKY (11/29/11)—Family members, dedicated volunteers, and local law enforcement agencies are continuing the search for several missing persons from our region and they are encouraging anyone with information relating to these cases to contact them as soon as possible.

A resident of Nebo, KY, Rodney “Bo” Hale, 42, (pictured to the right) has been missing for over a year now. 

While little new evidence has been discovered or released in relation to this case, family members and friends are holding out hope that someone will come forward with new information soon.

Hale is described as a white male with dark brown hair and blue eyes. Hale stands 5’9” in height and weighs approximately 155 pounds. As reports indicate, he was last seen on Continental Drive in Madisonville, KY at 3:30pm on Monday, November 29th. He was last seen wearing a work shirt and a pair of work jeans.

MissingHaysThe latest missing person in Hopkins County, 46 year-old Sherry Hays of the Nebo/Coiltown, KY area (pictured to the left), was reported missing by close family and friends last week.

Family members state that Hays left the rural residence of her own accord. It was reported that Hays set out on foot on November 2nd, 2011 with several plastic bags of her belongings. 

At this time, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department is looking for additional information on this case and encourages those with more info to contact Detective Will Coursey or Detective Shawn Bean with the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office at 270-821-5661, or the Hopkins County CrimeStoppers at 270-825-1111.


missinggoodwinAnother missing person and 6-year Madisonville resident, Jeremy D. Goodwin, 35 (pictured to the right), was last seen with an acquaintance, which has been identified as resident Arthur Deramo, in Madisonville’s Black Wells Sports Bar on June 20th, 2011. After leaving the bar with Deramo, 911 emergency services received a call from Goodwin at approximately 8:05pm. Yet, the emergency call was cut off after approximately one minute. No more communications were received.

Goodwin was last seen wearing Khaki shorts and a white t-shirt. Goodwin has blue eyes, a small scar above his eyebrow, stands approximately 5’ 9” in height, has short light brown/blonde hair, and weighs around 205 pounds.

missingrobinson 300Another person missing from our region is Mannington, KY resident Christopher Frank Robinson, 51 (pictured to the left). According to family members who originally reported the incident, Robinson was last seen in Mannington near 1575 Orange Grove Church Road at approximately 4pm on Thursday, February 24th. Robinson has not been heard from since.

Robinson is described as a white male standing approximately 5’ 9” in height and weighing 185 pounds. He has long grayish brown hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing brown bib style overalls and a black hooded sweatshirt.

missingbryant 30027-year-old Muhlenberg County resident, Scotty Wayne Bryant (pictured to the right), is also missing at this time. Bryant was last seen leaving his parents residence in Muhlenberg County and was listed as missing on December 10, 2010.

Bryant is described as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. Bryant is 6’ 4” tall and weighs approximately 215 pounds. According to previous reports released by the Kentucky State Police, family members say that Bryant has numerous tattoos and is known to have used drugs in the past.
