Zombie Walk GreenvilleGREENVILLE, KY (10/17/12) – Are you hungry? Does a nice buffet of brains sound appetizing? If so, you might want to consider being in downtown Greenville on Saturday, October 20.

Main Street Costumes in Greenville will be kicking off the second annual Zombie Walk this weekend. At 6 p.m. the streets of Greenville will be flooded with zombies from every walk of life…and death.

This is the second year that Main Street Costumes has hosted this event. Initially, it was not planned to be an annual event, but the 2011 success of the Zombie Walk was so great that they decided to make it a yearly event.

The Zombie Walk is free to attend, but those showing up are asked to make a donation of any amount to the Muhlenberg County Children’s fund. In 2011, over $1600.00 was raised to assist this organization.

According to Main Street Costumes, all you have to do is show up. If you are in need of costumes or make-up, they have a wide variety. Also, Main Street Costumes will be giving out awards for a variety of concepts, such as scariest costume.

All Zombie Walk participants will be given discounts at Main Street Costumes.

When was the last time you went brain hunting? Be there, or be dinner!
