MUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY (11/17/11) - Element Salon & Spa is now open for business in Central City.

Element is owned by Natalie Whitaker and Sara Acosta.

The salon offers hair and nail services, hair and beauty products, gift sets and gift certificates.

Element held a ribbon cutting and Grand Opening celebration, on Thursday, Nov. 17.

During the grand opening the salon offered refreshments, free paraphin wax hand treatments, make up application and more.
