Madisonville Police Reports – October 7, 2013

mpd arrestlog6 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (10/7/13) – On Monday, October 7, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 17 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Ronald Radford, 31 of Madisonville was arrested on October 1 for Trafficking Controlled Substance. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Jeremy Hammack, 36 of Mortons Gap was arrested on October 6 for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operators License and Failure of Owner to Maintain Req. INS/SEC. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Brain Welton, 34 of Madisonville was arrested on October 5 for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Jerome Patten Jr., 40 of Hopkinsville was arrested on October 5 for Burglary, Operating Motor Vehicle U/I of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting were William Roundtree and Jeff Ethridge.
 
Ronald Winningham, 33 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 5 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.
 
Joseph Allard, 28 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 5 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Taylor Dinsmore, 18 of Madisonville was arrested on October 6 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence). The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Curtis Herron, 20 of Madisonville was arrested on October 6, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Billy Qualls, 37 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 6 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Johnathon Bullock, 27 of Madisonville was arrested on October 6 for Driving on a DUI Suspended/Revoked License. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Kevin Williams, 36 of Madisonville was arrested on October 5 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Amanda Clark, 19 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 5 for Probation Violation. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Nichols Cates, 28 of Earlington was arrested on October 4 for No/Expire Registration Plates, Driving on a DUI Suspended/Revoked License, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Angela Tudor, 54 of Madisonville was arrested on October 4 for Falsely Reporting an Incident. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Danny Kelley, 44 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 4 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence). The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.
 
Michael Papineau, 56 of Providence was arrested on October 4 for Assault in the 4th Degree. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
