Madisonville Police Reports – Nov. 4, 2013

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (11/4/13) – The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports on Monday, Nov. 4.

Kallai Wilson, 19, of Princeton was arrested on Nov. 4 for another police agency (Webster County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Jessica Courtney, 31, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 4 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Stacy Haddock, 25, of Pembroke was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 2 for falsely reporting an incident. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

James Hopper, 49, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 3 for another police agency (McCracken County). The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

William Ruckert Jr., 26, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 3 for Criminal Mischief and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Brenda Wills, 56, of Calhoun was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 1 for theft by deception in includes cold checks under $500 and resisting arrest.  The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Kameron Forbes, 18, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 2 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Stephen Kyle, 20, of Paducah was arrested on Nov. 2 for operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Shelia Benton, 39, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 2 for criminal trespassing, menacing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and assault in the fourth degree (police officer). The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Holly Wiles, 27, of Calhoun was arrested on Nov. 1 for disorderly conduct, operating on a suspended driver’s license and possession of controlled substance. The arresting officer was Billy Poe.

Terry Hall, 51, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 2 for resisting arrest and failure to pay fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Jennifer Coon, 32, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 2 for falsely reporting an incident. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.

David Williams, 26, of Madisonville was served on Nov. 2 for another police agency (Crittenden County), speeding in a restricted zone, operating motor vehicle under/influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Timothy Terry, 43, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Nov. 2 for another police agency (Henderson County). The arresting officer was Falon Devore.

Stephanie Walker, 41, of Earlington was arrested on Nov. 1 for alcohol intoxication. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Zuri Wester, 21, of Madisonville was arrested on Nov. 1 for another police agency (Vanderburgh County). The arresting officer was Van Killough.
