Muhlenberg Senior Prom Draws Crowd

GREENVILLE, Ky. (6/24/13) – There was a whole lotta shakin' going on Friday, June 21st, 2013, during The First Annual Senior Citizens Center Prom, A Night to Remember".Judging by the size of the crowd on the dance floor, there will likely be more events like this in the future.

Crystal Dumont, Center Director said she was, “pleasantly surprised at the huge turnout."
 
Lola Wells, who took tickets at the door, said, "I love to volunteer here, because there is always so much to do."
 
The Benny Pryor Band, from Madisonville, played a mix of dance band and early rock and roll.

All proceeds from the dance went to the PACS Home Delivered Meals program.
 
These meals are delivered every day to seniors over the age of 60, between 10:30AM and 11:30 AM.
