•Rice stored on floor
•Spoon handle touching food product in cooler
•Door handle broken on upright cooler
•Soiled wiping cloths stored on counter tops
•Plastic dome lids stored on floor

Dixie Pan Restaurant - 96
Minor violations:
•Soiled wiping cloth stored on counter top
•Ceiling leak in walk-in cooler
•Scoop handle touching food product (cornmeal mix)

First United Methodist Church – 100
No violations

James Madison Middle School Cafeteria – 100
No violations

West Broadway School – 100
No violations

White Plains Senior Community Kitchen – 99
Minor violation:
•Water leak under hand sink
