BOWLING GREEN, KY - Mary Frances Boucher, age 88, of Bowling Green, passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, September 13, 2012.
Mrs. Boucher was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, M.C. Boucher (2005); and, her beloved son, Terry Wayne Boucher (1990). She is survived by her special friends: Micheal K. Harris, Joyce Willoughby, Josephine and Kenneth Harris and Steve Willoughby, all who have provided love, support and care throughout the years since the loss of her son and husband. Frances will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved her.
Frances and M.C. Boucher owned and operated Clarks Drive-in on the 31W By-pass in Bowling Green for over 50-years, until their retirement in 2000. Frances especially enjoyed the occasional visits and phone calls during her retirement by former Clarks Drive-in employees Jonetta Collins, Janie Bell, Jennifer Bell and Donna Jenkins. She enjoyed spending time at home during her retirement; and, providing loving care for Ms. Betsy (her cat) and Ms. Susie (her dog).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 2:00 pm, at J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel; with a viewing one-hour prior to the service. Mr. David Goens will officiate. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. There will be no grave-side services.
