BOWLING GREEN, KY - Charles Howard Lawrence, 62 of Bowling Green, passed away Tuesday September 18, 2012 at Hospice of Southern KY at 2:25 p.m.
He was born in Bowling Green, KY on October 26, 1949 and was the son of late Leon Lawrence and Louise Kinslow Lawrence of Bowling Green. Charles was a Retired Cabinet Maker at the Medical Center in Bowling Green and was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army served in the Vietnam War. Loved riding his motorcycles and detailing them to make sure they were perfect.
Survived by his wife Donna Yates Lawrence, three sons Rodney Shane Lawrence, Charles “Chad” Howard Lawrence II of Bowling Green, Chase Nathan Howard Lawrence of Bowling Green, one daughter Nicole Leigh Ann Wyatt and husband Jay of Alvaton, two sisters Brenda Ann Basham and husband Richard of Bowling Green and Sandra Jean Lawrence of Destin, Fl, one brother Paul Wayne Lawrence and wife Cindy of Bowling Green, two grandchildren Levi Daniel and Sawyer Luke Wyatt both Alvaton, KY and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, September 20 and 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 21 at J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel with the funeral at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery # 2.
