The Fairborn, Ohio native was born March 5, 1952, a daughter of the late Thurmond Maurice and Dorothy Joy Thornsbury Francis.
Mrs. Bush was a retired Staff Training Coordinator for Life Skills, Inc. and a member of White Stone Quarry Baptist Church. She was a graduate of the Vernon, Verona, Sherrill High School in Oneida, New York and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Masters of Arts in Education from Western Kentucky University.
She is preceded in death by a brother, T. M. Francis, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Donald G. Bush of Bowling Green; two sisters, Teresa Francis Newton and her husband, Dan, of Apalacian, NY and Sue Ann Francis Blair and her husband, Joseph, of Whitehall, PA.; a niece, Angela Blair and nephews, Alex Blair, Anthony Blair, Steven Newton and Scott Newton.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Sunday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home and again from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Monday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to BRADD, Section on Ageing.
