Located at 102 E. Main St. in Earlington, KY, Casa Grande is owned by local Madisonville residents, Mary and Roger Guined, and offers classic Mexican dishes at decent prices.
iSurf News paid a visit to the restaurant today, October 12th, and not only received good service, but also found the chicken fajitas meal to be excellent and filling (and reasonably priced, too). The meal was also very fresh.
In addition, while iSurf News was there, one of the owners, Mary Guined, took the time to explain a little bit about the restaurant.
“I think it’s a neat place to eat,” said Mary. “It’s in Earlington, so if you’re passing through and don’t want to drive all the way to the north end of Madisonville, it’s a great and cute little place to stop and get some great food. Plus, if you want a to-go order, we have a really easy phone number to remember—(270) 383-0000. We have a simple and easy menu to choose from, too.”
The décor of the restaurant is interesting as well. With actual photos that Roger Guined took during trips to Mexico, as well as some Mexican Flag themed tables and unique lighting, the restaurant definitely has what some might call a “real” feel to it.
As of right now, Casa Grande is open the following hours: 11am-7pm, Monday-Thursday; 11am-9pm on Friday; 11am-3pm on Sunday. So if you’re in the mood to spice things up a little, or if you’d just like to try something new, head on down to Casa Grande and tell them iSurf sent you.
