Though iSurf News has been unable to speak with the MPD officer responsible for the arrest—Sgt. Nathan Lutz—the Madisonville Police Department’s Sgt. Josh Mitchell gave us as many details in regard to the incident as were available.

As Sgt. Mitchell explained, a 20 year-old resident of Graham, KY, Sierra L. Bratcher, was arrested on a count of Disorderly Conduct in the 2nd Degree at approximately 1:18am following an altercation with another Black Friday shopper.

Sgt. Mitchell went on to explain that, “I know that the incident was in reference to the Black Friday shopping part of it, but I don’t know necessarily that it was a fight as much as it was an argument. I’m not sure what it was over specifically, or where it actually took place at Wal-Mart, but I do know that it was during the Black Friday sale.”

As of this time, iSurf News has been unable to find out the name of the other party involved or what the dispute was specifically over, yet when—and if—more information is released, iSurf News will bring it to you.
