arrestedmeth 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (11/30/17) — A traffic stop on Second Street in Owensboro yesterday resulted in an Ohio County woman being charged with meth possession.

Kentucky State Police said Michelle Lyle, 46 of Hartford was stopped for a traffic violation and then charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth – first offense, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, expired registration plate/receipt and failure to produce insurance card.

Lyle is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center.
