HENDERSON, KY - William McGan, age 65, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 6:00PM, Saturday, January 21, 2012, under the care of St. Anthony"s Hospice at The Lucy Smith King Care Center.

Mr. McGan was preceded in death by his parents, James William McGan and Anna L. Graves McGan.

Mr. McGan worked as an assembler for Dana Corp for 28 years. He enjoyed woodworking. Mr. McGan was a member of Watson Lane Baptist Church. He was a US Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam war.

Survivors include: Wife: Virginia McGan; 3 Step sons: Christopher lee Stacks Chicago, Ill., Randall Lynn Wishon Henderson, KY, Timothy Shane wishon Henderson, KY; 1 Step daughter: Andrea Michelle Spradlin Atlanta, GA; 1Brother: James E. McGan Henderson, KY; 2 Sisters: Rosa Lee Fulkerson Henderson, KY, Mary Ann McGan Henderson, KY; 4 Step grandchildren; and Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00PM, Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Benton Glunt Funeral Home, Henderson KY. Major Jerry Mullins will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY. Military honors will be conducted by the American Legion Worsham Post #40.

Friends may call from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, and from 10:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at Benton Glunt Funeral Home, Henderson, KY.
