MADISONVILLE, KY - Paul Moore Jr., 75, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Hillside Villa in Madisonville.

He was born March 11, 1936 in Hopkins County to the late Paul P. Moore Sr. and Lottie Mae Prow Moore. Mr. Moore was employed by the city of Madisonville, a member of First Baptist Church and loved to dance.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Baxter Moore and a brother-in-law, Harold Basham.

He was survived by one sister, Billie Jo Basham of Madisonville; and two nephews, Danny Basham and David Basham both of Madisonville.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Patrick Yates officiating. Burial will follow in Grapevine Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be David Basham, Danny Basham, Billy Basham, Danny Basham Jr., Roy Hibbs and Levi Worth.
