Local Author Promotes Book

wheels2KENTUCKY (2/8/12) – Local Western Kentucky author J.L. Graham is currently kicking off a campaign to promote his newest novel, “Wheels of Mercy.”

In this fiction novel, based upon actual real-life events, Graham brings forth the question of what would you find if you could trace down the after effects of one good deed that you did for someone, somewhere along the road of life? How many lives would you find that were affected as the result of one second in eternity? Will Jennings is a young man, still in college, who finds himself on the trail of the answer to that very question. Will's father, Arthur Jennings, manages to leave his son one clue to a period in his life that, prior to that very moment, no one knew existed. This one small hint leads Will on the trail of a gift that is destined to be passed on forever. Though Will doesn't know where his journey will lead him, what he finds at the end is the last thing he would have ever expected.

“One thing that makes me consider this as my best novel,” said Graham, “is that everyone that reads it says that they shed tears of joy before the book is through. Through the eyes of Will Jennings, the main character of the book, Wheels of Mercy makes you take a look at your own life, at what you have done and how much you have impacted this world, without even realizing it.”

Graham is a Muhlenberg County, KY native and has spent a considerable amount of time in surrounding counties. Graham has lived in Muhlenberg, Hopkins, Daviess, and Ohio Counties, and spent several years in the Cape Girardeau Missouri area. Graham has spent his entire life focused upon the power of the written word. Wheels of Mercy is his second published book, his first being the Christian guidebook, “Modern Day Fishers of Men.” Graham has also had many short stories published online and in published anthologies.

J.L. Graham is also a member of the Madisonville Lion’s Club, a painter/artist, and an avid supporter of local non-profit charitable organizations.

Wheels of Mercy is available for order through all major book outlets. Interested readers may purchase the book through Amazon online at www.amazon.com.
