HOPKINSVILLE, KY (2/8/12) – Sheila Sadler, RN, is the new director, Radiation Oncology, at the E.C. Green Cancer Center of Jennie Stuart Medical Center (JSMC). Sadler was elevated from a nursing position in that department where she has worked since 1990.
“As we expand cancer services at JSMC, Sheila Sadler was the clear choice to lead this effort,” Beth McCraw, RN, ARNP, vice president, Nursing, JSMC, says.
Sadler has served on the boards of directors for the Kentucky Cancer Program and Pennyroyal Hospice. She is a member of the National Coalition of Nurse Navigators and Oncology Nursing Society. She earned a degree in Nursing from the University of Kentucky.
JSMC is a private, not-for-profit health organization that includes an acute-care medical center; free-standing medical imaging, outpatient surgery, laboratory, and rehabilitation services; and an integrated physician network. Read more online at www.jsmc.org.
