EDDYVILLE, KY - Barbara J. Berry, age 68, of Eddyville, KY passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY of natural causes.

Mrs. Berry was born August 6, 1943, in Evansville, IN, the daughter of the late Robert L. and Stella Rogers Johnson. She was retired from Blanchefield Hospital Civil Services where she was a registered nurse. Barbara was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dana Sue Berry in 1967; her brothers, Charlie, Oscar, Jimmy, and Billy Joe Johnson; and her sister, Clara Wooldridge.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Bill Berry of Eddyville, KY; her brother, Paul Johnson of Hopkinsville, KY; and her sisters, Joyce Martin and Shirley Doss both of Hopkinsville, KY.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Riverside Cemetery with Mr. Gary Martin officiating with entombment to follow. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012, from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M. at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
