HOPKINSVILLE, KY - Tyler K Woodrow, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Friday morning, January 20, 2012 as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
A native of Mt. Vernon, IL born March 2, 1966 he was the son of Janice Kay Woodrow of Hopkinsville. He was employed at Ft. Campbell by AECOM in support of the 160th Aviation Regiment. He was a member of Hopkinsville First United Methodist Church where he had been active in the Youth Ministry for 16 years. He was also a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Rebecca Romig Woodrow, one son Collin James “C.J.” Woodrow, of the home and his mother-in-law, Betty Margaret Romig, Hopkinsville.
Memorial services will be 12:00 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2012 at Hopkinsville First United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Paige S. Williams with full military honors to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Arrangements are handled at Hughart and Beard.
Pallbearers will be Cliff McIntosh, Todd Woodrow, Darin Rose, Derek Ridenour, Scott Milauckas, Scott Fields, Scott Woodrow, Kelly Woodrow, Amanda Woodrow and Scott Ewing. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the church.
