CENTRAL CITY, Ky. (1/29/14) — A joint investigation by the Central City Police Department, the Kentucky State Police, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and the Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Department netted the arrest of a Central City woman, the seizure of a large amount of cash and drugs including meth.
According to CCPD Police Chief Brent Roberson police arrested 51-year-old Donna Blake.
CCPD conducted a traffic stop on East Broad Street in Central City.
Upon searching the vehicle operated by Blake, officers located approximately $10,000 in cash, two baggies containing crystal methamphetamine and approximately 77 Dilaudid pills.
According to Roberson, the street value of the Dilaudid pills was $2,400. Dilaudid is the brand name for hydromorphone hydrochloride.Blake was charged with three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
