Madisonville Police Report – March 29, 2013

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/29/13) – On Friday, March 29, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 10 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Brendon Posey, 18, of Southland was served an arrest warrant on March 28 on Hanson Road for Possession of Marijuana, Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. From Auto and Criminal Trespassing in the 2nd Degree. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Allison Richey, 25, of Morris Sisk was served an arrest warrant March 28 on Court Street for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officers were Russell Nichols and William Strader.
 
Aaron Leonard, 26, of East North Street was served an arrest warrant on March 28 on Court Street for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Roger McCarty, 32, of Nisbet Street was served an arrest warrant on March 28 on North Kentucky for Giving Officer a false Name or Address, Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Non-payment of Fines and Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Ashley Skimmerhorn, 29, of Madisonville was arrested for Possession of Burglary Tools and Burglary in the 2nd Degree. The arresting officer was Leighann Leavell.
 
Mark Mikalski, 50, of Gramplan Hill Drive was served an arrest warrant on March 28 for Theft by Deception Under $500.00. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Jessie Nelson, 26, of Northaven Drive was served an arrest warrant on March 28 on North Main Street for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
William Hawkins, 22, of Mortons Gap was arrested on March 28 at EZ Shop for Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid or Piperazines and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officers were Mike Conrad and Tyler Russell.
 
Tyler Fox, 22, of Mortons Gap was served an arrest warrant on March 28 at EZ Shop for Violation of Probation, Traffic Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) and Drug Buy/Possess. The arresting officers were Mark Conrad, Tyler Russell and Paul Haynie.
 
Michael Barnes, 54, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for another Police Agency (Daviess County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
