Minor violations:
•Floor in need of repair in walk-in
•Spillage in various cooling units
•Foods not covered in cooling units

Earlington School Cafeteria – 100
No violations

Grace School Café – 100
No violations

Hobo Mickey’s Pizza House – 100
No violations

Ideal Market – 99 (White Plains)
Minor Violation:
•Debris build up in cooler door tracks

Ideal Market – 97 (Princeton Rd., Mad)
Minor violations:
•Inside meat cooler needs cleaning (metal shavings, etc.)
•Freezer in need of defrosting
•Floor in need of repair in walk-in cooler
•Light shields in need of repair in food preparation area

Ideal Market – 98 (Dawson Springs)
Minor violation:
•Floors in need of cleaning
•Spillage around coffee area
•Floor cracked in spots

J & T Grocery – 98
Minor violation:
•Floor and walls need repair in certain areas

NHC Healthcare – 100
No violations

Pizza Hunt – 100
No violations

Taco John’s – 97
Minor violations:
•Drink nozzles have syrup build-up
•Bug light improperly placed

West Kentucky Speedway – 100
No violations

The next food training class will be on September 10, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
