arrested handcuffs blue 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/22/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Wednesday, Jan. 22.

  • Kimberly Leibenguth, 50, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 21 for theft by unlawful taking shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
  • James Hunter, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 21 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
  • Ralph Day, 50, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 21 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
  • Kameron Forbes, 19, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 21 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence, minor injuries. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
