Muhlenberg District Court Fines Handed Down

MUHLENBERG DISTRICT COURT NEWSGREENVILLE, Ky. (8/6/14) ― The following fines were recently handed down in Muhlenberg District Court:

Robert Hurt, failure of owner to carry required insurance, $643.

Amanda Martin, possession of marijuana, $353.

William Peveler, reckless driving, assault second degree, $143, 60 days serve.

Ashley Renfrow, trafficking in legend drug, possession of marijuana, $791.

Daisy Edge, assault second degree, criminal mischief second degree, $545.89, 90 days serve.

Timothy Wells, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, $693, drivers license suspended 30 days.

David Arndell, failure to wear seatbelt, $25.

Kelly Cary, failure to wear seatbelt, $25.

Cody Allen, reckless driving, $243.

Kevin Beasley, public intoxication, $233.

Christopher Percy, failure to wear seatbelt, failure to maintain required insurance, $268.

Caleb Calloway, failure to wear seatbelt, operating a motor vehicle on suspended or revoked operator's license, $318, serve 10 days.

Jonathan Davis, public intoxication of controlled substance, $358.

Billy Groves, traffic in marijuana less than eight ounces, $183, serve 30 days.

Jeremy Hobgood, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs, $693, drivers license suspended 30 days.

Christiana Jones, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, possession license when privileges are revoked, $253, serve 10 days.

Robert Oldham Jr., theft by unlawful taking under $500,  $289.50.

Danny Stirsman, terroristic threatening, theft by unlawful taking, $308.

Eric Travis, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces, $183, serve 30 days.

Steven Trude, criminal trespassing, $288.

Kevin Wilson, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs second offense, $725, serve seven days.

Rodney Dukes, speeding 11 mph over the limit, speeding 21 mph over the limit, $350.

Daniel Epley, alcohol intoxication in a public place, $258.

Jeremy Hobgood, speeding 11mph over the limit, $165.

Joseph Knight, carrying concealed deadly weapon, weapon confiscated and forfeited.

Jayme Johnson, failure to wear seatbelt, $25.

Michelle Coffman, theft by deception including cold checks, $370.55.

William Hays, theft by deception including cold checks, $133.27.

Jonathan Hollowell, theft by deception including cold checks, 588.27.

Kevin Jarvis, speeding 14 mph over the limit, $243.

Eric Madison, possession of marijuana, $253.

Jeffery Ward, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, $525,  drivers license suspended 30 days.

Jason McPherson, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, $693, drivers license suspended 30 days.

Zach Roberts, cultivation of marijuana, $178.

Jonathan Hollowell, theft by deception including cold checks, $437.85.

James Shabo, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, $668, drivers license suspended 30 days.

Terry Waddell, theft by unlawful taking shoplifting, $683, serve 20 days.
