Charles A. Small, of the 2900 block of Cheyenne Dr, was arrested at 8:13 a.m. on charges of Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and Speeding 16 mph Over Limit (School Zone).
 
Monica C. Moore, of the 1800 block of North Chesterfield Dr, was arrested at 7:52 a.m. on charges of Contempt of Court Libel/Slander Resistance to Order and Driving on a DUI Suspended License First Offense.
 
Todd A. Meade, of the 600 block of Suffolk Dr, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.
 
Steven M. Coons, of the 2600 block of Wisteria Gardens, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. on charges of Careless Driving and Driving on a DUI Suspended License First Offense.
 
Bobby J. Troutman, of the 200 block of West Locus, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.
